When producing silicone buttons, sometimes there is a problem of colorless KEY. This problem will affect the normal production process. Why is there a colorless KEY?
1. Color KEY material is unevenly cut
During the production of the silicone button, if the color KEY trimming size is too small, the rubber will fall from the cavity, resulting in a colorless KEY phenomenon. If the cutting size is too large, the rubber will be difficult to be inserted into the cavity. The glue will fall from the cavity, again resulting in a colorless KEY.
2. Leaked into color KE
This situation is caused by the operator's carelessness.
3. The color KEY is separated from the cavity and adhered to the Teflon plate.
When the Teflon plate is removed by the secondary feeding method, the color KEY is released from the cavity and adhered to the Teflon plate, resulting in no KEY after the silicone button is formed.
4. The row is too big
When the exhaust gas is too large or too much, the rubber will squeeze out the color KEY when the mold is pressurized, resulting in the colorless KEY of the silicone button.
5. Unreasonable discharge method
In the case of secondary molding, the color KEY is squeezed away during the pressurization process due to the unreasonable discharge mode, resulting in the appearance of the colorless KEY of the silicone button.
