Its main root cause is the white mineral oil added to the silicone oil and the material. The dosage is out of range or the material is unstable. It is likely to conflict and spill oil on the surface. The problem, under normal circumstances, this phenomenon may occur when the hardness of silicone products is below 30 degrees, but oil will not appear when the hardness exceeds 40 degrees. In the process of making silicone molds, it is better for customers not to add any silicone oil. If necessary, the amount of silicone oil added should not exceed 5%-10%.
