For the liquid state, the mold is merged into the mold template. The mold is cured at a high temperature, and the parting lines of the product are naturally different. The basic industry standard parting line for molded silicone products is about 0.1mm, which is already a very thin parting line, so if your product is not an appearance part, It is not recommended to use the liquid injection molding process.

          In terms of efficiency: each has its own advantages. The molding speed of liquid silicone products is faster than the molding speed of solid rubber. At present, low-temperature platinum vulcanization has been used in solid-state molding processes. The efficiency is not much worse under the same product conditions In terms of product structure and shape, different products are different. More complex structures are better for liquid processing, and products such as silicone seals are naturally more suitable for solid-state processing.

         In terms of materials: The price of solid silica gel and liquid silica gel products is still quite large as of now. The liquid glue is nearly twice as high as the material of the solid glue, so the natural solid glue will be higher in the cost of the product. Liquid water-based materials have different effects. Silicone products produced by liquid glue have better texture, better rebound and resilience, and the feel of solid glue is not low. At present, liquid glue can reach 99% pure and transparent, while solid glue can not achieve this effect.

          In terms of quality: In terms of performance and service life, solid silicone products are not much different from liquid adhesives, mainly depending on the function of the product. They all have the unique properties that silicone should have.
