1. When there is no mold type, there is a mold
First use resin to pour the mold in the existing mold---vacuum---wait the molding to take out the mold and fix it on the board---enclose the mold with cardboard and fix it with a hot melt gun--- Spray mold release agent---Mix silica gel according to 1:1---Stir the glue evenly and pour it into the enclosed cardboard---evacuate to -0.1 MPa---heat and cure in the oven (can not be heated)- --Wait for complete curing to take the mold (this is the filling method)
2. In the case of mold species (you can directly choose the actual product as the mold species, such as apples and pears, according to the shape of the product you want to make)
Enclose the mold with cardboard and fix it with a hot-melt gun---spray release agent---match 1:1 silica gel---stir the glue evenly and pour it into the enclosed cardboard---evacuate to -0.1 MPa---Oven heating and curing (may not be heated)---complete curing and taking the mold (this is the filling method)
3. If there is neither a mold nor a mold type, either buy a mold first, or buy a mold type to make. If you initially try to make a mold yourself, you can find something similar to the product you make to practice your hands (fruit is also fine)
4. The vast majority of manual baking molds are made by filling molds.
Preparation tools: scissors (trimming), cloth strips (for wiping), mixing container, stirrer, hot melt gun (fixation), vacuum box (optional), oven (optional), mold type (you can make it yourself) , Cardboard, electronic scale
