Liquid Silicone Below 0 Degrees

Note: below 0 degrees, the unit is Shore C. The hardness of 0 degrees Shore A is equal to 18 Shore C. Therefore, the liquid silica gel below 0 degrees has a Shore C hardness of less than 18C. The hardness range is 0-18C.


 The following are the silica gel parameters with 3-4 Shore C hardness under E600 specially adjusted 0 degrees

●Product Features

·The temperature range is -50℃-200℃, which can be used for a long time and maintain its soft and elastic properties.

 ●Product Introduction

 ·HY-E600 is a two-component addition molding silicone material, which can be cured at room temperature or heated. 

●How to use and matters needing attention

·Mix the two components A and B according to the weight of 1:1, and then pour after vacuum deaeration. Room temperature (25 degrees)   30-40 minutes operation time, 4-5 hours complete curing; heating 60-120 degrees, can be fully cured within a few 30 minutes.

· Separate the container from the condensed silica gel during operation, and use tools that have not used room temperature silica gel to operate the silica gel.
